We walked in and walked straight out. This is a rundown, dated, and dirty KFC. I didn't feel comfortable eating there considering the condition of the dining area and kitchen. Yuck.
- Fixtures dirty, bathrooms falling apart, holes, rusty hinges, broken locks, broken hooks.
Chicken tasted very good but this store needs a serious management and furnishings overhaul.
Not only did I have to wait 10 minutes before I could be helped, I couldn't even order the food I wanted. This is the ONLY KFC I have been to that won't do side substitutions on their $5 fillups because it costs too much money to do the substitutions (told directly from the manager). Forest Lake sucks for getting orders right and Pine City sucks for being cheap asses. KFC's around this area just suck and have forever lost a few customers.

Very nice people laid-back environment and very easy to correct any problem if there is one handicap parking seating very casual place I enjoyed it
Not the best KFC. Food was fine but store needs some work. Restroom needs attention.
Sorry. I wish I could rate you higher. The girl at the front counter was friendly, working hard on the floor and in the kitchen.

We were ahead of the weekend traffic... This store will not be able to handle the busy wave...
- The entire store appeared to have all original furnishings from 1970.
