Well - let me start by saying that Fawn Johnson (aka Fawnzerelli) has been my agent for over 10 years. I have worked with Arlen and his staff for approximately 15 years. They have provided for virtually all of my insurance needs during that time period. I couldn't"t be more pleased with the level of service that I have received. Between Arlen and Fawn, my questions are quickly answered. You will never find a more honest agent than Arlen. If he thinks you can get a better and/or cheaper policy elsewhere, he will tell you. I recently had a major claim, after severe wind damage to my roof. The claim was handled quickly and professionally with full replacement cost covered. I can highly recommend the agency.
I just moved to MN from WI and I have had two other State Farm agents before Arlen Norwood State Farm. I am working with Fawn, and let me tell you, she is THE BEST agent I have EVER worked with! She is polite, funny, and most importantly, she is very helpful, knowledgeable and responds to my requests!
