Told to come in for flue shot no waiting they said. Waited for 20 minutes then told them I was leaving to take me off there schedule. I sure miss Cambridge medical center.
I brought a friend to her new 'family' doctor for a ruptured disc. She's been in constant pain for three months. They get one star for giving my friend a surgeon referral. But, my friend left that day and was still in pain. It got so bad that she called the doctor back. The doctor told her to call 911 and have an ambulance take her to Moral Hospital. She didn't know if her insurance would cover it so,I drove her there. She could hardly walk and was in terrible pain. The emergency people at Moral Hospital treated her and adjusted her meds. She was told to call her 'Family' doctor in the morning to let her know what changes were made. She called First Light in Pine City right when they opened in the morning. Left a message for her doctor to get back to her ASAP. The same doctor that told her to call 911 for an ambulance the night before. All day goes by...she still can hardly walk an the pain is getting worse again. She calls the clinic back at 3:30, she's told that she received the messages and that maybe she'll wait till after her last patient or tomorrow morning. Early morning my friend is in terrible pain again. She calls the clinic and finds out her doctor has the day off. She is then told that they'll have someone else get back to her right away. Waited three hours and headed back to Mora Hospital. They helped her emencly. Its now 5:45 and First Light Pine City still has not called her back. Thanks for nothing, First Light Pine City!
