I was standing at the counter waiting to get my hair cut. Guy walks in so I moved to the side, they ignored me and started asking him for his info. Never again!!!! Horrible customer service!!! Very rude and terrible hair cuts!!!! Put a bowl on your head and save yr money!!!!!!!

This business has a few really good stylists, but forget it when it comes to getting into the chair. Repeatedly I'm told a totally contrived wait times. The two latest examples: (1) Friday, Aug.18th., "...run an errand if you like, it will be about a 25-minute wait time." I leave and return in 20 minutes to get told it will be another 45-minutes. (2), Sunday Aug 20th, I check-in online with an 11-minute wait time. I'm there in less than 5-minutes, now it's a 25 minute wait time. I am quite willing to spend another $5 to get a haircut with an appointment at one the local shops. Great Clips can burn up someone else's day...I’m through. Too bad for the stylists, I have always leave generous tips
Every time I showed up (Pine City) on a Saturday morning, at opening, only two people working, two people in chairs. 1 person waiting, and a 45 minute wait,. Seriously, can't you be staffed better?
The cuts are fine (adult male), if they ever happen.
