With the remodel of our cabin, we wanted to install a wood stove. Rather than working with our local dealer, based on the strong recommendation of the contractor, we went with Dale's Heating and Appliance in Pine City. The blower fan on the unit squealed from the beginning. After a couple of years, we decided to replace it. Ordering a new part from Dale's involved endless hassle. Their office phone is answered by two ladies who both display an "attitude" over the phone. Leave a request for Dale and he might return the call in a couple of days. Prompt, cheerful customer service is clearly something that is not important to Dale's.
Very helpful, had an issue with my central air unit and was trying to get someone to come look at it. Explained the issue over the phone and they talked me through what I needed to do. Brought in the part my self and saved them time and me money. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for the help!
