Love my hometown Walmart! They have everything I need in one stop. The clearance aisle can offer up some gems on the right day. Right now they have some of the Black Friday toys discounted even more...got to get them moved before Christmas! The fabric selection is decent for a fairly small town. I value not needing to drive 50 miles to get something for a small project. Craft section is pretty stocked too. Food is a must of course and they have a great organic selection for produce. It is an all around good place. So friendly, many people out to just wear their fuzzy pajama pants...
On the other hand, the employees are helpful, respectful, and not lazy. They ask if you've been helped, and if you're looking for something or need help they don't hesitate to to not only let you know where's the item is located, they walk you to it...and I appreciate that!
had a lifetime warranty for getting tires balanced on the vehicle and they wouldn't do it, they measured the tread on the tires and said that there wasn't enough tread on there to balance them, they put the tires on our vehicle last year and is barely been used, the tires look new. they also did something similar to my parents too. and they had ordered theirs through the online Walmart! their tire and lube sucks, their rude and they don't keep records of anything. shut them down! !!! they keep ripping people off. one star because the rest of Walmart is pretty good. just their tire and lube has always sucked, will never go there again.
For some reason this Walmart doesn't keep enough food stocked and I'd honestly say that more than 50% of my visits I end up leaving without things I went there for, including the basics!
The cashier I had was a snob. She gave her co-worker a look and he shrugged back. She asked me repeatedly if I wanted to buy anything else as I went through the items in my cart, deciding which ones I really wanted and which ones needed to go back due to budget. I felt that was super rude. I also had to circle around the women’s clothing section time and time again to find the items I was looking for. Again, I felt like all I got were dirty looks from the employees. I was never once offered any assistance. The juniors, women’s, and plus size were all mixed together and everything was a mess and hard to find.
Had some holiday house shoes that was posted on sale for $7. Cashier rung them up full prise $12.98. I told her they were marked for $7. She paged someone 3.times after waiting and waiting no one came for a price ckeck...her line was getting longer and longer so i just told her I'd pay full price so everyone behind me didn't have to keep waiting....so management sucked never showed but the cashier was great....
