My transmission decided to go out while i was driving to Duluth for work on I-35. I was right by the Pine City exit and googled Auto Repair services. Rick was extremely helpful, straightforward, and didn't even make fun of me when I asked "but are you sure?" I need a new transmission after he was unable to put my car in reverse and had to drive in a big circle to park it to look at it. :) I was also operating on a deadline b/c I needed to get to Duluth, and he was able to get me set up with a rental car from a friend/car dealership in town. It was just very refreshing to feel like all the information Rick was giving me was the truth. He even called around to find more reasonably priced parts, and checked in with me as things were tallying up. The estimate for parts and labor he quoted me was very fair. I grew up in a small town, and appreciated the kindness and fair-dealing I received from Rick and his staff.
