We got the run around at this dealership. We were given misleading information from multiple different people. We were there twice today and wasted hours of our time to ultimately walk away without a vehicle. I felt we were played and lied to. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone ever. I would give zero stars if allowed to.
I purchased my First car here from Brandon. He was wonderful. He worked with me as much as he could and really made me feel like they car about there customers. If you want to buy at Eide ask for Brandon. I have always been very caution of buying a car from a dealer. They are all very well know for being rude and polite with people. Everyone I worked with was great. They won't tell you someone thing unless that can do it. Also Nathan from Finance was also very good and helpful. Please stop by and get yourself a good car from the they do care.
2011 ram 1500. Have had 3 transmissions installed by dealer since July 2017. It is now December 2017 and it is back to have another transmission replaced. Manager was rude while I remained calm and collected. Will never return.
Horrible management, needs new ownership , feel bad for the good people who have to work there they only care about how much money they can get.
I bought my Tahoe from the best ever Clay! I would never buy a vehicle from any other dealership. The only people leaving bad reviews are those that can't buy their way out of a wet paper bag- those that want something for nothing. Hey, life isn't free so deal with it. If you're buying a used car, you can expect to have an issue or two. Car dealerships aren't god damn psychics, they don't know if something is going to break. Nor can they prevent rust. This is Minnesota for heaven's sake. Back to my best ever salesman, Clay, he is soooo funny and HONEST. My whole experience at Eide was better than any other dealership I've been to. From the first hello, to the test drive and walking me through service to meet the guys, all the way to financing. Hands down the friendliest bunch ever. Plus I love all the pictures hanging in the hall of customers. There's such a great vibe between all the employees, they make a person feel like family. Keep up the good work guys!!
